Course description

Simultaneously deliver a Kaizen event while training future leads. Full train-the-trainer cycle involves future Kaizen lead attending the first event as a participant, second event as a co-lead and third event as the lead. The three stages (Preparation, Execute and Post). There is also a 5 day version, running in parallel with an actual Kaizen event.
