Course description

The purpose of this course is to understand the fundamentals of 5S. More importantly, we will demonstrate step-by-step how to implement 5S in different types of areas, such as industrial workspaces, laboratories, offices, and common areas. In addition, we will share various tools and techniques for the proper roll-out and monitoring of 5S once it has been implemented. 5S is a powerful Lean approach that should be applied carefully and in key regions rather than as a blanket approach across an entire organization. When applied properly, it is also a great tool for improving Health and Safety conditions.
