Course Description
The purpose of this course is to provide basic computer training as an enhancement to existing programs related to Customer Service (including Hospitality, Call Centres and Financial).
Who should attend (Suitability and application)
This course is designed for:
• Participants with very little to no previous experience with Computers.
Training Content
• Introduction to Outlook, with emphasis on proper email usage.
• Word: Basics and select Intermediate topics.
• Excel: Basics and select Intermediate topics.
• Introduction to Technological Safety, including threat identification and password management.
Course delivery details
This is a 3 day Awareness and Understanding course, aimed at guiding an individual basic computer usage.
