o Kaizen: As a participant and as a facilitator. Including VA/NVA/Wastes and Standards.

o Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

o 5S

o Social Leadership II (Feedback and Styles of Learning)

o Lean Zone Lego Production Methods (Game: 4+1 Stages)

o Kanban / JIT

o Quality Control Tools including graphs and charts

o Toyota Production System

o World Class Manufacturing (10 Pillars)

o Workplace Organization

o Total Productive Maintenance including OEE and SMED

o Social Leadership III (Challenging Situations, Coaching/Mentoring and Change Mgmt)

o Lean Daily Management and Visual Management

o Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis

o Mistake Proofing the solutions

o Exam and Certificate

• Coaching: At the end of each day (included) plus coaching as required (additional cost)
