He spent the majority of his career with Vale (Inco) across Canada and Indonesia, later providing expertise in risk management and strategic planning with Technica Mining. Marty possesses significant technical and leadership expertise in project management, maintenance systems, and continuous improvement. He is based in Manitoba, Canada and Weslaco, Texas.
