His career began working directly with top-tier companies such as Falconbridge/Noranda, Inco/Vale and Xstrata, across Ontario, Quebec and Norway. Since 2014, Carmine has provided teaching, coaching and project consulting to numerous companies and industries. Carmine is multilingual, having worked in English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Norwegian. He is based in Oakville and Montreal, Canada.

Prior to co-founding A+I, Asim led many Operational Excellence initiatives as well as technical projects specializing in Process Improvement, Constraint Modelling, Performance Management, Mine Optimization, Feasibility Studies, Petroleum Geophysical, Reservoir and Production Engineering. Asim has a MASc. in Petroleum Engineering and a Ph.D. in Mine Operations Research. He is based in Toronto, Canada.

Hendry Widjaya joined A+I in January 2018. Hendry is a graduate of McGill University in Chemical Engineering. Hendry has worked in multiple processing plants with Vale specializing in base metals and completed a few continuous improvement initiatives within the company.

​Hendry has deep interests in the financial and investing world and he is pursuing a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and completed Level 2 CFA. Also, he is a member of Toastmaster Inc. He is based in Mississauga, Canada.
Shafi joined the A+I team in the last quarter of 2020. Prior to joining A+I, Shafi spent 10 years within the mining industry directly supporting different functional areas within Supply Chain. With experience in a multitude of leadership positions focusing on both people and projects, he is an expert in the Strategic Sourcing field. Shafi has led multiple initiatives related to global procurement, spend management, risk & cost reductions, and business process improvements for which he has received awards as recognition for his contributions. He is passionate about creating value and using Supplier Relationship Management to help organizations become agile and lean.

In addition, he has completed a Masters Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from the Schulich School of Business and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt holder.

He has over 20 years of experience in developing, training, executing and supporting multinational organizations using Lean/Six Sigma Methodology with a track record of successful delivery of projects that align with business strategy.

As a certified Google Analytics expert, Ranjit has leveraged his expertise in various Google platforms, including Analytics reporting and Google Keywords strategies. Marty joined the A+I team in March of 2024 and is a professional engineer with over 33 years of international experience in Mining.
The majority of his career was spent with Vale (Inco) operations in Canada (Manitoba, Ontario) and Indonesia. He provided expertise in developing risk management, continuous improvement, and strategic planning initiatives with TechnicaMining in Sudbury after retiring from Vale.

He has significant technical and leadership experience in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Maintenance Systems, RiskManagement and Continuous Improvement. Marty has led or been a member of numerous successful initiatives contributing to improved efficiencies and results in project delivery, asset management, and maintenance delivery as well as improving the health and safety of employees and improving how operations manage risk.
