​Towards the end of 2019, the Client put together their Business Improvement Program. A lot of work went into identifying cost saving, volume add or efficiency gain type projects. The Client then required Lean Belt teaching and coaching across different levels of the organization, and to various depths of instruction. The teaching ranged from web based to in-person.
