BHP Jansen Mine

A+I facilitated a cost reduction workshop through the use of Functional Analysis System Technique (FAST) for the Senior BHP and SNC Lavalin PMO team at BHP's Jansen mine. The aim was to reduce costs through process simplification and analyzing alternative capital solutions. The workshop resulted in a series of alternate solutions that delivered the same functionality as before but with estimated savings of $66M.
