The client wanted to reduce the waste of material handling on the surface. Analyze and Improve supported the operational excellence team by finding opportunities to reduce the cost and improve the material management process by several days in the life observations and statistical analysis. Analyze and Improve also supported the continuous improvement team in conducting an underground truck and drilling time study. Key deliverables including statistical results were delivered to the client.
