Course Description

• Training centered on Lean and Social Leadership skills. Facilitate problem solving and basic / intermediate Lean topics. Approximately 8 hours’ worth of content.

• Separate and distinct modules will include:

o Intro to Lean Six Sigma

o 5S

o Kaizen

o Value (VA/NVA/Waste)

o Basics Problem Solve

o VSM / SIPOC

o Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control

o Social Leadership

o KPI/KPP, Performance Monitoring

o JIT / Kanban

o Exam and Certificate

o Coaching: One on One and Group.

• Delivery: On Line – self learn. Modules will be pre-loaded and available on a web-based platform. Option for quizzes.

• Language: English, French and Spanish.

• Coaching: As part of the offering, we will offer “on-demand” coaching for participants to connect with an A+I team member.
