Course Description

The course will provide an approach to achieving measurable results, best practices and strategies to give you an edge at the virtual negotiation table. It will also serve to provide a refresh on negotiation essentials.

This is not a “pure” negotiation course but rather how to move and enhance your skills into the virtual world. This is designed for those selling rather than buying, with a focus on those who are typically more comfortable negotiating in person rather than on-line.
