Assessment
​
The assessment serves as an opportunity for A+I to meet with the prospective client and gain an understanding of the key opportunities and baseline the operation's current performance. A+I will then provide the prospective client a road map including the necessary measures to achieve their goals. It is then at the discretion of the potential client if they wish pursue a tailored contract with A+I. Assessments are done at the potential client's work location and typically last between 5 to 10 days.
