Focus of this talk will be on efficiencies associated with executing the mine plan. Typical issues and examples of the problems faced in an underground mine for availability of stopes, utilization of stopes, quality and quantity of stope production will be covered. Value Methodology and utilization of Standard Work Approach will be presented as solutions to reduce inefficiencies and deliver on the operability of mine planning and scheduling.
