Basics of Lean Continuous Improvement At Your Own Pace

Training is centered on Lean Continuous Improvement and Social Leadership skills. Facilitate problem-solving and basic/intermediate Lean topics. Available in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

How is this training delivered?

This offering will be active for a period of 6 months.

During this period of time:

• You will have the opportunity to view and review each video module at your own pace.

• You will have the opportunity to choose from one of four available languages: English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. These videos are presented by experienced Lean consultants.

• You will have the opportunity to connect "on-demand" with an experienced Lean "Analyze and Improve" trainer consultant. That is, you will be able to connect with a person via email and/or video chat to explore the topics in more detail.

• You will have the ability to schedule one-on-one or group coaching sessions, specific to your own project needs.

• You will have an opportunity to obtain certification upon successful completion of a final test.

Separate and distinct modules will include:

• Introduction to Lean

• 5S

• Kaizen

• Value (VA/NVA/Waste)

• Basics Problem Solve

• VSM / SIPOC

• Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control

• Social Leadership

• KPI/KPP, Performance Monitoring

• JIT / Kanban

• Exam and Certificate

• Coaching Opportunities: One on One and Group.

Course delivery details

Delivery is based on "On Line – self learn". Modules will be pre-loaded and available on a web-based platform. 

• Available Language: English, French, Spanish and Portuguese

• Coaching: As part of the offering, we will offer “on-demand” coaching for participants to connect with an experienced team member.

Certification / Credits

Lean Yellow Belt Certificate, upon completion of a test.
